Alpha Xi Delta Step It Up 5k

The Iota Chi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at Temple University hosted its first 5k to raise money for their philanthropy, Autism Speaks. Alpha Xi Delta is the proud sponsor of the Walk Now for Autism Speaks that happens at Citizens Bank Park each fall. This sorority does so much for their philanthropy. Every semester, this chapter hosts an AmaXing Challenge on Temple’s Campus to continue to raise money and show support for their philanthropy. This spring, they hosted a Step It Up 5k. Over 100 volunteers and participants showed up. It was a very successful event and they raised a substantial amount of money for Autism Speaks. This event was open for all of Philadelphia and even residents outside of Temple’s campus and outside of the city of Philadelphia.
